Cycology offers three different classes of indoor cycling done in groups. The first class is RPM, it’s said to be able to burn at least 675 calories per session which lasts about 50 minutes. There’ll be an instructor guiding and pumping up the class with great music motivating you through hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding.

For newcomers, there is an easier option which is to start with four tracks and slowly work your way through an entire session.

The second class is the Cycospin which follows a different choreography for each session with motivational music, approaching a more freestyle class with power climbs and short sharp bursts.

Aloha Cycle Club is a great place to enjoy indoor cycling while tapping into a mind body connection throughout the classes.

There are four different types of classes that you can choose from, starting from Intro Ride which is catered for beginners with a 45 minute cardio workout to learn basic movements of indoor cycling.
