Ministry of Burn has been getting a lot of attention lately, going with their main three Ride, Row and Move classes. There are three modes to their Ride sessions, Intro To Ride, Ride, and Dirty Ride for the most challenging bike workout.

Their signature Row classes includes, Row, Intro To Row, Rowhiit, and Rowcamp that is designed to incorporate cardio and strength training with challenging circuit workouts.
