The Win A Wish Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is organised by eCommerce Enablers or “ShopBack Malaysia” (hereinafter referred to as “ShopBack”).
Prizes
- 6 Best Wishlist Winners will get ONE of their items from their wishlist for FREE
- The prize (item)’s price will be capped at RM800.
- Most Popular Winner will be chosen from the remaining entrants for the Most Popular category and will win RM500 cash prize.
- The more like/shares you have across your social media, the higher chance you have to win.
- 3 Consolation Prize Winners will be chosen from the remaining entrants and will win RM300 cash prize each.
How to participate?
- Participants must have a blog, be at least 18 years old and reside in Malaysia.
- The blog post can be in English, Bahasa Melayu and/or Chinese.
- Write a blog post detailing a wishlist of items from ShopBack’s merchants.
- Each blog post must feature at least 5 items from ShopBack’s merchants as well as a simple guide on how to use ShopBack.my.

Claiming of Prizes
6 Best Wishlists Winners
1. Winners will be selected based on content, creativity, originality, and social sharing.
2. Winners will be notified via email by 31 March 2017.
3. Winners can choose which item (price value < RM800) they want and let ShopBack know by 13 April 2017. In the event that no item is specified, the item of highest value will be chosen.
4. After 13 April 2017, 11.59pm, winners will not be able to make any changes to the item choice or delivery details. Any changes will have to be made and borne by the winners themselves.
5. All items are subject to availability. If your chosen item is not in stock, another item would have to be chosen.
6. Prizes are non-transferable but may be convertible to bonus Cashback in winners’ ShopBack accounts, at the sole discretion of ShopBack.
7. Prizes cannot be converted into cash.
8. If the prize winner is unable to respond within 7 days from receipt of first correspondence announcing their win, the prize will be forfeited. A new prize winner will then be selected on the next best candidates from remaining entries.
Most Popular Winner
1. Participants who do not win the top prize will have a chance to qualify as Most Popular Winner.
2. The Most Popular Winners will be judged and chosen based on their social engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram.
3. The manner of which social engagement is tabulated is based on ShopBack’s discretion.

If for any reason any aspect of the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of ShopBack which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, then ShopBack reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, or invalidate any affected entries.
13. ShopBack reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible, disfigured or late entries automatically or when authenticity of an entry is questionable.
14. ShopBack reserves the right to disqualify participants that have been found to obtain social media shares fraudulently.
15. ShopBack may at its sole discretion, disqualify any entries and prohibit further participation in the Contest by any person who tampers with the entry process or with the operation of the Contest or who acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in a disruptive manner or for any other reasons.
16. ShopBack reserves the right to substitute any prize of similar value without prior notice.
17. ShopBack reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that ShopBack has reasonable grounds for believing that the selected winner has contravened any part of these Terms and Conditions.
