Shipping and delivery on PEDRO
For deliveries to Malaysia, PEDRO uses two shipping methods:
Standard delivery: where the order is completed within 5 - 8 working days and there are no additional shipping charges.
Express delivery: where the order is completed within 2-4 working days and an additional shipping charges of RM130 is charged for an order value below RM350.00.
Cancel or modify an order
At present, PEDRO does not allow modification to an order once it has been placed. This includes changing the size/colour of items, removing or adding items, changing the billing or shipping addresses, and payment mode or delivery mode.
To cancel an order which hasn’t been shipped, simply sign in to your account and click on ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’. Click on the ‘View Order’ button and select Cancel.
Returns and exchanges at PEDRO
Regular-priced items purchased online (International orders) can be returned by submitting a Return Request via the online store, within 30 days from the invoice date.
You may only exchange items via the Online Store if the items received by you has defects or is a wrong shipment, by submitting a Return Request online within 30 days from the invoice date.
You will be refunded via store credit. Kindly note that only regular-priced items can be exchanged and not those purchased during a PEDRO sale. In addition, exchange services cannot be availed at PEDRO KLCC retail stores.
Return policy at PEDRO
Regular-priced Items purchased online (International orders) can be returned by submitting a Return Request via the online store, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Thereafter you would need to return the items within 30 days from the date of receiving the Return Review email.
Please ensure that the items is in brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and invoice attached.
Note that for international returns, all shipping and handling charges incurred shall be borne by you. Returns that do not meet company policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
All returns via the online store will be refunded via original mode of payment.
Steps to return your order
Step 1: Sign in to your account, click on My Orders under My Account and view your order history. Click on the View Order button that corresponds to your order number.
Step 2: Click on the Return button and on the next page, input your email address, and select the items, quantity and reason for your return. Kindly add additional comments in the text box for further comments. Click on Submit to raise a Return Request.
Once PEDRO has received your Return Request, you will receive a Return Request Received email. In addition, a customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days of your return request and request for additional information or photographs to assess your Return Request.
Step 3: After PEDRO has reviewed your return request, you will receive a Return Request Review email to inform you on the eligibility of return for the items.
Items eligible for return will be indicated with Authorised under its Return Status and those not eligible for return will be indicated with Denied under its return status. You may refer to the return status for each of the items in the Return Summary.
Thereafter, fill in the fields in the Return Request form and send your item back to PEDRO with your preferred shipping method.
Step 4: Pack the items in its original packaging and ship the package via your preferred delivery mode to PEDRO.
Refund timelines and policies
Please note that only the value of the ‘Authorised’ items will be refunded.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
It can take around 7-14 business days for refund to be issued.
Please note that refunds to your credit card will depend on the bank processing period.
For store credit refunds, the store credit can only be used at PEDROSHOES.COM and NOT in any of the PEDRO retail stores or departmental stores. The store credit may be used to offset the value of new purchases made online at PEDROSHOES.COM.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They cannot be used for purchase of any gift vouchers.
Store credit will be directly credited into your PEDROSHOES.COM online account and can be used immediately upon receipt.
Store credit is tagged to your PEDROSHOES.COM online account and is non-transferable.
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are applicable on any merchandise redeemed with PEDROSHOES.COM store credit. Any unused value can be used in your future purchases. Multiple payment modes cannot be utilised within an order when sufficient store credit balance is available.
