Terms & Condition
- Starting Sep 1, 2022, Zalora cashback will be capped at 3 orders per month. Any subsequent orders after 3 will not be tracked by ShopBack - Cashback will be capped at RM 40 for each Zalora user per month from 1 Sep - 31 Dec - Any orders exceeding user cap of RM 40 will be tracked at RM0 until the next month when a new RM 40 cap is reinstated - As we receive commission from ZALORA in USD, there may be some discrepancy in Cashback given due to currency exchange fluctuations. - Cashback may take up to 100 days to turn from Pending to Redeemable due to ZALORA's Returns & Exchange Policy.
