Shipping policy

Hermo provides Buy 2 Free Shipping to West Malaysia. For the rest of the orders shipping fee calculation is as below:

West Malaysia - RM6.80 for all courier service for single item purchased except Taqbin.

East Malaysia - RM12 for Poslaju courier service. Free shipping available if you spend RM150 (excludes GST) and above in a single receipt.

A flat rate of RM10 shipping fee is applicable in order to use this awesome Japanese courier service. TaQBin is only available in West Malaysia certain area as they have yet to expand their services to regions in East Malaysia.

Unconditional Return Policy

In case a customer is not satisfied with their purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc), they can return it easily, provided they meet the following conditions:

·         Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
