How to order on Esprit Malaysia
To shop on Esprit, simply follow the steps given below.
Step 1: On the homepage, browse the category and then select the subcategory to locate your product. You can also use the search bar to find a specific product.
Step 2: Click on a product image you would like to buy. Select the size and colour you would like to order and click on the "add to bag" button. Out of stock items will be denoted by a grey shade on the size/colour. You can also adjust the quantity or save the item for later. You will be able to see a confirmation for the same as a pop-up on your screen.
Step 3: If you want to add more products to your cart, you can continue shopping. You can review the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking "view bag" button at the top left of the page. You can remove items or update quantity and apply any Esprit promo code, then continue to secure checkout.
Step 4: Enter your delivery and billing details in the next form. From there, you will be redirected to the payment page. In case you have an Esprit coupon code or Esprit promotion code, don’t forget to enter it in the box provided to claim your Esprit discount. Note that Bonus Point vouchers can also be redeemed online. Simply enter the Esprit voucher code for e-shop at checkout.
Step 5: Enter your payment details and once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation and a Tax Invoice with your order details including order number via email. Please note, once you have placed your order, Esprit will not allow any changes to the order. Once the order is dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email notification with your consignment number for tracking your parcel.

How to shop on Esprit using ShopBack

Shipping and delivery on Esprit
Delivery is free with a minimum order of RM250 or more. Orders under RM250 incur a delivery fee of RM25. The delivery fee is calculated on total purchase less discounts. Please note that the courier is S.F. Express and there is no delivery limit.
Once the order has left the warehouse, you will receive delivery confirmation by e-mail. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days from placing order. Please note - orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box. In addition, you cannot pick up an online order at an Esprit outlet.
Tracking your delivery
Your delivery confirmation email will also include a consignment number. To track the whereabouts of your parcel click on the link for Malaysia please click here and enter the consignment number.
As an Esprit Club member, you can also track your order by going to My Orders under My Account in My Esprit ( top left of website ). Go to the order details of the order that you want to track to view the status, which could be one of the following:
Received - This status means that your order has been received by the system but that it hasn’t yet been processed by the order management team. You will also receive an e-mail to confirm that an order has been received by Esprit.
Transferred - This status means that your order has been transferred to the warehouse and that your goods are being picked and prepared for shipping.
Order shipped - This status means that your order has left the warehouse and is now either in the hands of the carrier or has already been delivered by the carrier. You can click the carrier's tracking link, which is also provided with this status, and see where your package is at the moment.
Order completed - This status is indicated when the order is no longer traceable at the carrier's website because the order has taken place too long ago.
In case of an incorrect delivery
In the event you receive goods that you did not order or an item is missing from your order but has been invoiced, please contact Esprit Customer Service on 1800 818 139 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will correct the order and organise the return. Esprit will cover any costs associated with returning an incorrect order item.
Return and refund policy and process on Esprit
Esprit will refund any item except for lingerie, fashion earrings, swimwear and items with hygiene sticker within 30 days of purchase. Simply complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order, attach with receipt and return in any of the stores. Check the storefinder on the website for store details, or you can contact Customer Services on 1800 818 139 for support.
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks from the date you post your return for your account to be credited. It depends on your billing cycles for the refund to show on your statement.
You also can exchange your order, except for lingerie, fashion earrings, swimwear and items with hygiene sticker within 30 days of purchase. Exchange can only be on same style number at Esprit Retail Stores only. If the size or colour is not available at Esprit Retail Stores, you can return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. At this time exchanges cannot be made through the Esprit Online Store.
All returned items must be sent back with original tags attached and items must be unwashed, unused and undamaged. Products that include a hygiene sticker can only be returned if the sticker is still intact. Due to health reasons, lingerie, jewellery, watches, eyewear cannot be returned and exchanged. The Esprit online store only accepts returned goods purchased in the Esprit Online store. You can return items purchased at Esprit Online except for lingerie, fashion earrings, swimwear and items with hygiene sticker within 30 days of purchase. This also includes Sale items.
In case of faulty goods
If, on the rare occasion, you receive a faulty item in your order please contact Esprit Customer Service on 1800 818 139 or email email@example.com to discuss your faulty item. Then download the Online Returns Form, complete and send it back with the faulty item. Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. Esprit will pay all freight charges on faulty items.

To find out your Gift Card balance, click "Check Balance" below and enter your unique Gift Card number. You'll find these numbers on the back of your Gift Card. ● This Gift Card is issued by Esprit and redeemable at all Esprit stores (except concessions) in Malaysia.
● No change or cash refunds will be given, nor can any change be given for the unused amount.
● If the card is exchanged for goods of a higher price than its face value, payment of the difference must be made.
● This Gift Card expires 12 months after it is being purchased and activated, any remaining balance shall be forfeited.
